Brrr..It’s cold outside. I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday! We were so lucky to have our entire family home for a belated Thanksgiving on Saturday. Samantha and her family, Luke and Steph, and Brit and Adam were here along with our moms, Helen and Margaret. What a wonderful time sharing memories together. We also shared some great food! My mother-in-law’s dressing recipe is the best ever! A meal in itself. Of course it’s not Thanksgiving without my mom’s famous pies…pumpkin, cherry, strawberry-rhubarb. Yummy!

Check out this recipe for Unbelievable Cookies! Only three ingredients! Can’t get any easier than this!!1 cup peanut butter1 egg1 cup sugarMix ingredients together. Form small balls and press down with the tines of a fork. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
As always, it’s not Christmas at the Brown house without the scent of candles. The scent of the night is Cinnamon and Cranberries. It just screams Christmas! One of my favorite winter thyme scents.
